This Character was sculpted and textured in zBrush
I went for an overall bulkier look when it comes to hair and clothes because I wanted the character to feel 'more 3d'.
I made the low-poly version of the character in zBrush, using the zModeler brush, and then created the UV Maps in Cinema 4D.
Down below you can see a colored wireframe render from all sides to get a better understanding of the typology.
For the final renders, I added a subdivision surface in Cinema 4D and set the subdivision level to 2.
I rigged the character in Cinema 4D using the spline wrap deformer.
For the hair mesh I used a bend and a taper deformer.
I used the Physical Renderer for the still images to get a higher quality result. And for the animation I opted for the Standard Renderer at a slightly lower quality, for a faster render time.
